I have come across many people worried about their utensils and heavy appliances in their commercial kitchen set-ups, as they are unable to keep track of a cleaning schedule that is pertinent for such kitchens.
A good general rule for enclosed kitchens is to place it in the center of the room. That way it’s equally accessible from all sides and won’t be an obstacle for people walking through. That placement might not work best for all kitchens, however.
While that may be true, you don’t want to see something you aren’t fond of every single time you walk into your kitchen. The appearance of copper kitchen range hoods is going to get noticed. Your friends and family who visit are going to assume it cost you quite a bit to get it purchased and installed. You can feel great knowing that wasn’t the case at all.
An important factor to consider when doing away with all the handles in your kitchen is to make sure that you are doing so without reducing the practicality or functionality of your kitchen cabinets. If you do not take this into consideration, then there are chances that you might be frantically running around your kitchen trying to grab and pull open an overhead cabinet or the bottom drawer while there are guests in your dining hall waiting for a glass of water!
